We supply standard flap doors (magnetic-sealing), microchip-activated doors (only your pet enters), and magnetic key collar doors. Available in cat, small dog, and medium dog sizes. For double-glazed windows, a new panel with the pet door pre-fitted is manufactured and installed — the pet door cannot be cut into an existing IGU.
Where Can Glass Pet Doors Be Installed?
Fixed window panels and fixed side panels in sliding glass doors are the most common locations. The glass must be accessible and large enough to accommodate the unit. Pet doors cannot be fitted into louvre windows. We assess your specific window at the quoting stage and advise on the best solution.

Cats and small dogs under 5kg use a cat flap size. Small-to-medium dogs 5–15kg use small dog size. Medium dogs 15–30kg use medium size. Measure your pet's shoulder width and height to confirm. We advise at the quoting stage.
Not directly — double-glazed units cannot be cut. Instead, a new panel with the pet door pre-fitted is manufactured and installed. This takes more time and costs more than fitting into single glazing but gives a clean, weatherproof result.
Most installations are completed within 2–3 hours. Jobs requiring a new glass panel to be manufactured take 3–5 working days from quoting to completion.
Yes. The pet door unit can be removed and the glass panel replaced with plain glass when you vacate.
