Gym Mirror Installation in East Auckland

    Home Gym Mirror Considerations

Garage gyms can be more humid than interior spaces — we recommend copper-free or sealed-edge mirror with moisture-resistant backing. We assess your wall substrate (concrete block, stud-and-plasterboard, or concrete) and recommend the correct fixing approach. We advise on maintaining at least 600mm clearance from equipment and can advise on rubber bumper edging to protect the lower edge of panels from equipment impact.

    Commercial Gym Mirror Standards

Commercial gyms should install mirrors from approximately 300mm above the floor to ceiling height. Specify 6mm mirror glass with low-iron glass recommended for PT studios where colour accuracy is critical. All commercial gym mirrors must be installed with safety film backing and a mechanical fixing system robust enough to withstand vibration from heavy weights. We offer maintenance and replacement services for commercial gym operators throughout East Auckland.
